ESign Policy

The eSign Policy governs how Titan Consulting Group, LLC and our third-party lenders, brokers or marketing partners (“Partners”) utilizes eSigns for electronic signatures, disclosures, documents, records, notices and other information sent through electronic format (“Disclosures). This policy is provided to inform you of your rights as it relates to using electronic signatures and receiving Disclosures from Titan Consulting Group, LLC or any of our Partners as may be required by them to fulfill your request. By submitting your information through our website or by clicking other links that refer to our website terms, privacy policies or consent to be contacted, you acknowledge that you have received this eSign Policy and that you agree to conduct transactions, use electronic signatures and receive Disclosures electronically in accordance with this policy.

Scope of eSign Policy

This eSign Policy applies to all interactions you perform on this website, and between and concerning you and any of our Partners. This policy covers all interactions you make online from any device including a desktop computer or mobile device, including phones, smart-phone and tablet devices. You hereby consent that any of our Partners, through this eSign, may communicate or otherwise interact with you and process any information you provide electronically. You acknowledge that you may also receive electronic messages and notifications from our Partners that are related to your transactions with our Partners, or, the interactions you initiate from our website. Certain Disclosures and Notices may also be provided on our Partner’s website(s).

Availability of Paper Records

Some Disclosures and other records may be available from our Partners in paper copy format. If you would like to receive a paper copy of your disclosures or other documents, please direct your request to one of our partners. Please not that some of our partners, such Lenders, may charge a fee to process your request and send you paper disclosures or other documents. Our partners will retain an electronic copy of all materials as required by law.

System Requirements to do Business Electronically

Before agreeing to do business with any of our Partners electronically, you should first ensure you have the necessary hardware and software required to perform transaction electronically.

In order to access, receive, view and save Disclosures electronically, please be sure that you are using the following computer hardware and software:

  • A Windows or MAC compatible personal computer or other device capable of accessing the Internet;
  • A working email account, you can access; and
  • an Internet Browser which supports at least 128 bit encryption (i.e. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, etc.);
  • in order to view PDF documents, you will need access to special software like Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these types of files; and
  • a printer connected to your computer or other device; or
  • storage device such as a computer hard drive, flash drive or other durable recordable media.

Modification of Consent Terms

Titan Consulting Group, LLC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this eSign policy at our discretion and without prior notice.

Withdrawing Your Consent

If you are matched with one of our Partners through this website or other service we offer, you may, at any time, and without charge to you, withdraw your eSign with one of our Partner(s) by contacting them directly and following the instructions for withdrawing your consent provided on their website(s). Please note, that withdrawing your consent to conduct business electronically may prevent you from obtaining a loan or other services from our Partner(s).

Your assent to our eSign policy, as it relates to our matching service for our Partner(s) consideration of your request to be matched, is a one-time request, and therefore, cannot be revoked. The validity and enforceability of this eSign policy shall not be affected should you choose to revoke your agreement to the terms and conditions of this eSign policy.

Change of Contact Information

It is important that you keep our Partner(s) up to date with any changes to your email address or other electronic address. To make changes to your contact information or electronic addresses, please contact our Partner(s) by logging into their website and following the instructions outlined to update your personal contact information. Titan Consulting Group, LLC shall not be responsible for any misdirected electronic communications by and between you and any of our Partners.

Your Ability to Access Disclosures

BY CLICKING THE LINK OR “I CONSENT” OR “I AGREE” YOU AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS ESIGN POLICY. BY YOUR AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU POSSESS THE REQUIRED HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TO RECEIVE, VIEW, PRINT AND/OR STORE DISCLOSURES AND THAT YOU CAN ACCESS DISCLOSURES IN THE FORMATS DESIGNATED ABOVE.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS POLICY AS IT RELATES TO OUR MATCHING SERVICES, ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, RECORDS, DISCLOSURES, AND DOING BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY OVER THE INTERNET. BY UTILIZING OUR MATCHING SERVICE, YOU CONSENT TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, AGREE TO HAVE DISCLOSURES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY AND AGREE TO DO BUSINESS WITH OUR PARTNERS ELECTRONICALLY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY REQUESTA PAPER COPY OF YOUR DISCLOSURES OR OTHER RECORDS BE PROVIDED BY OUR PARTNER(S) AT NO COST TO YOU. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR CONSENT TO OUR ESIGN POLICY IS A REQUIREMENT TO RECEIVE SERVICES FROM OUR PARTNERS WHEN DOING BUSINESS OVER THE INTERNET. IF YOU DO NOT PROCEED TO USE OUR SERVICES TO BE MATCHED WITH ONE OR MORE OF OUR PARTNERS, THEN YOU ARE INDICATING YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND YOU DO NOT WISH TO CONDUCT TRANSACTION ELECTRONICALLY.
